Library Card Renewal Form

Thank you for renewing your library card! Renewing your library card ensures continued access to:

• Physical collections (books, DVDs, audiobooks, etc.)
• Digital materials (online resources, databases, ebooks, eaudiobooks, and streaming content)
• Specialty collections (hotspots, hobby kits, parks and museum passes etc.)
• Public computers

Memberships must be renewed every two years so that we can confirm your contact information. It will only take few minutes to update your account.

To update your account:

• Confirm your complete name, library card number, current address and phone number
• Pay off all outstanding fines and fees

Misplaced library cards can be replaced for $2.

The Region of Waterloo library, which is owned and operated by The Regional Municipality of Waterloo, contracts third party vendors for the provision of certain library services (included but not limited to library circulation software, online catalogue/apps and other library services.) Information shared with the Region of Waterloo Library and these third parties is only what is required for the purposes of providing library services.  We never sell or distribute your information for commercial purposes.
